pinto は個人が開発・運営しているアプリです。この規約は、あなたと mamonis.studio（以下「当方」）との間の取り決めです。アプリを使い始めた時点で、これに同意したものとします。
アプリストアの規約に従う限り、個人的な用途で自由に使えます。使用料は、無料の範囲についてはかかりません。
アプリに入力した記録はあなたのものです。当方はそれを保持しません（プライバシーポリシー）。
バックアップはあなたの責任で行ってください。記録は端末の中だけにあるため、端末の紛失・故障・初期化、アプリの削除で失われます。当方に控えはなく、復元もできません。設定画面から JSON で書き出せます。
アプリに収録しているボールのスペック（重量、RG、差RG、カバー、コアなど）は、公開されている事実情報をまとめたものです。メーカーの製品説明文や製品画像は収録していません。
ボール名・メーカー名は各社の商標です。当方は各メーカーと提携しておらず、推奨・保証を受けているものでもありません。
スペックの正確性は保証しません。ドリルの判断は、必ず実物とドリラーの確認に基づいて行ってください。
アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。特定の目的への適合性、無欠陥性、継続的な利用可能性を保証しません。
アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
法令上当方が責任を負う場合でも、その範囲はあなたが直近12か月に当方へ支払った金額を上限とします。
機能の追加・変更・削除を行うことがあります。やむを得ずアプリの提供を終了する場合は、可能な限り事前にアプリ内でお知らせし、記録を書き出す期間を設けます。
この規約を変更したときは、このページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。変更後も使い続けた場合、変更に同意したものとします。
この規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

pinto is built and run by one person. These terms are the agreement between you and mamonis.studio ("we"). By using the app you accept them.
You may use the app for personal purposes, subject to the terms of the app store you installed it from. The free features cost nothing.
What you enter is yours. We do not hold it (see the privacy policy).
Backing it up is your responsibility. Because the records live only on your device, they are lost if the device is lost, broken or reset, or if the app is deleted. We have no copy and cannot restore anything. Settings can export everything as JSON.
The specifications in the app (weight, RG, differential, coverstock, core and so on) are collected from published factual information. No manufacturer marketing copy or product imagery is included.
Ball and brand names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer.
We do not warrant that the specifications are accurate. Always confirm against the physical ball and your driller before making a drilling decision.
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or continuously available.
We are not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the app, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
Where we are liable as a matter of law, that liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Features may be added, changed or removed. If the app has to be discontinued, we will say so inside the app beforehand where possible, leaving time to export your records.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

应用收录的球具参数（重量、RG、差值 RG、球面材质、球芯等）整理自公开的事实性信息。不收录厂商的产品宣传文案与产品图片。
球名与品牌名为各公司的商标。本方与各厂商无合作关系，亦未获得其推荐或担保。
本方不保证参数的准确性。钻孔决策请务必以实物与钻孔师的确认为准。
本应用按现状提供，不保证适用于特定目的、无缺陷或持续可用。
因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的损害，本方不承担责任；但因本方故意或重大过失造成的除外。
依法须由本方承担责任时，责任上限为你在此前 12 个月内向本方支付的金额。
功能可能会增加、变更或删除。如不得不终止提供本应用，将尽可能提前在应用内告知，并留出导出记录的时间。
条款变更时会同时更新本页顶部的日期，重要变更也会在应用内告知。变更后继续使用即视为同意。
本条款适用日本法律。发生纠纷时，以东京地方裁判所为第一审专属管辖法院。
